Job summary

Family Building Blocks seeks a Healthy Families Assistant Program Manager to lead the Home Visiting Supervisors and Intake staff, ensuring trauma-informed, strengths-based practice and program excellence across the Healthy Families Program.

The role reports to the Healthy Families Program Manager and emphasizes coaching, supervision, performance reviews, training, and collaboration with the Data Team to maintain high standards of service delivery for children and families in our community.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, mentor, and support Home Visiting Supervisors and Intake staff using strengths-based, trauma‑informed, reflective supervision practices.
• Provide leadership and direction across all components of the Healthy Families Program.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development planning.
• Collaborate on hiring, onboarding, staffing, and retention efforts.
• Monitor attendance, PTO requests, schedules, and related documentation.
• Oversee program standards, compliance with HFO/HFA, and staff training plans.
