Job summary

United Way for Greater Austin is seeking a Program Manager for Healthy Beginnings & Supported Families. You will drive partnerships, oversee grants, and ensure program fidelity across home visiting and family support initiatives.

You will manage budgets, collaborate with partners and staff, and report outcomes to funders while advancing child development and family wellbeing across Travis County.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in nonprofit or social service with grant management experience.
• Experience developing and managing contracts or scopes of work with external partners.
• Experience managing multiple funding streams and budget priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a connector across organizations to foster partnerships and increase impact for children and families.
• Provide guidance on evidence-based model fidelity, regulatory requirements, reporting expectations, and program implementation challenges.
