Job summary

perfectly imperfect NM is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to transform client engagement data into actionable insights that improve retention and program effectiveness within our behavioral health and recovery programs. You will analyze the full client journey, identify trends, and enable data-informed decisions across teams, collaborating with Customer Success, clinical staff, and leadership.

The ideal candidate has 2–6+ years in Data Analysis or BI roles and is proficient with Excel,

Qualifications

2–6+ years in Data Analysis, BI, or Analytics roles.
Proficiency with datasets, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Analyze client lifecycle data from onboarding through discharge.
Track and report on engagement, retention, and program completion metrics.
Identify trends, patterns, and risk indicators in client behavior.
Build dashboards and reports to support operational and clinical teams.
Collaborate with Customer Success, clinical staff, and leadership to inform decisions.
Develop data models to improve forecasting and program performance.
Monitor KPIs and recommend process improvements.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and proper documentation in internal systems.
Support the scaling of data infrastructure and reporting processes.
