This role is designed for someone who can transform client engagement data into actionable insights, helping improve retention, program effectiveness, and overall client success. You will play a key role in analyzing the full client journey, identifying trends, and enabling data-informed decisions across teams. While this is a healthcare environment, the mindset required is similar to analytics roles in high-growth SaaS organizations: structured data analysis, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.
