The Springs Living, LLC is seeking a Director of Health Services, RN (DHS) to lead and coordinate care for residents in Assisted Living. The DHS will ensure care aligns with Montana regulations and standards and mentor the health services team to deliver quality care daily.

This role focuses on developing care plans, supervising staff, and collaborating with residents and families to provide compassionate, compliant, and expert health services in a warm senior living community.

Qualifications

• Requires Montana RN license and strong leadership capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to supervise staff and guide teams in a dynamic care environment.

Responsabilités

• RN delegation of nursing tasks per Montana regulations and standards.
• Conduct ongoing education and training for health services staff.
• Assess residents and develop health care and service plans.
• Monitor physician orders, labs, and charting to ensure quality care.
• Ensure compliance with federal and Montana state health regulations.
