Job summary

Riverside Community Care is hiring a Home Visiting Manager for Early Head Start. The role provides reflective and administrative supervision to Home Visitors, supports their professional growth, and ensures fidelity to the home-based model and Head Start standards.

The role collaborates with leadership to strengthen program outcomes, data-informed planning, reporting and policy development, with on-site work Monday–Friday, 40 hours, at Riverside’s Somerville location.

Qualifications

• Experience providing reflective and administrative supervision to Home Visitors.
• Knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards.
• Ability to support professional growth and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide reflective and administrative supervision to Home Visitors to support day-to-day operations.
• Partner with leadership to advance continuous quality improvement through data-informed planning, assessment, reporting, evaluation and decision-making.
