Job summary

Riverside Community Care is hiring a Home Visiting Manager for Early Head Start. The role provides reflective and administrative supervision to Home Visitors, supports their professional growth, and ensures fidelity to the home-based model and Head Start standards.

The role collaborates with leadership to strengthen program outcomes, data-informed planning, reporting and policy development, with on-site work Monday–Friday, 40 hours, at Riverside’s Somerville location.

Home Visiting Manager - Early Head Start

In this vital role, the Early Head Start Home Visiting Manager provides reflective and administrative supervision to Home Visitors (HV), supports their professional growth and high-quality service delivery, ensures fidelity to the home-based program model and Head Start Performance Standards, and collaborates with program leadership to support day-to-day operations.

The Home Visiting Manager also partners with the leadership team to advance continuous quality improvement through data-informed planning, assessment, reporting, evaluation, and decision-making to strengthen program outcomes, services, and policies.

Pay Range:

$36.00 - $38.00/hour depending on experience; with anadditional $0.96/hour language differential available

Schedule:

Full Time, 40 hours - Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. on-site
