Job summary

Rite of Passage at Norris Academy in Andersonville, TN is seeking a Group Supervisor to support autistic youth and oversee counselors. The position is 100% onsite, with a focus on safety, engagement, and daily supervision.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent, associate degree preferred.
• Pass background screening, drug test, and physical.
• Have at least 3 years experience working with autistic youth.
• Have a passion to work with and help children.

Responsibilities

• Provide and ensure consistent interactive supervision of the residents.
• Provide operational guidance.
• Coordinate activities for the residents and group living staff.
• Ensure resident and staff safety at all times.
• Enforce facility rules, policies, and routines.
