Rite of Passage is hiring a Cook at Norris Academy in Andersonville, TN. This 100% onsite role involves preparing nutritious meals for residents and staff in a residential cafeteria, while maintaining food safety and cleanliness throughout service.

You will serve meals, follow dietary requirements, and support a safe, structured environment for youth. The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, a passion for helping youth, and the ability to pass screenings.

Qualifications

• Cook with ability to prepare nutritious meals for residents and staff.
• Experience in a residential or institutional setting preferred.
• Ability to follow dietary needs and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for 60-100 people daily in a residential cafeteria.
• Maintain food safety standards and sanitize workspaces.
• Serve meals and assist with clean up after service.
• Enforce facility policies and safety routines.
