Job summary

Norris Academy in Andersonville, TN, is seeking a Program Director to lead the residential program for youth with autism and related needs. The role covers treatment, education, vocational and health services with oversight of budgets, staff development and site operations.

Ideal candidates have a BA/BS in a related field (master’s preferred) and at least four years of residential facility management experience, plus a background working with youth with autism.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field; master's degree preferred.
• Minimum four years of related experience in residential facility management.
• Experience with youth with autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality delivery and oversight of treatment, education, vocational and student health services.
• Manage day-to-day site operations including budgeting, administration and staff development.
• Develop and modify the Rite of Passage program and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Represent as chairperson for site Management Meetings and supervise daily program delivery.
• Ensure facilities are safe, clean, and well maintained; maintain open communication with stakeholders.
