Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, nonprofit_management, public administration, communications, business, education, social services, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of accounting or finance experience preferred.
• Experience in nonprofit, philanthropy, grants administration, program coordination, or a related setting preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and the ability to work effectively with donors, grantees, volunteers, schools, nonprofit partners, community leaders, and the public.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to prepare clear reports, meeting materials, and public-facing content.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, maintain accurate records, and follow through on details.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational and programmatic activities, ensuring efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate records and databases; support financial and grantmaking workflows.
• Coordinate grant and scholarship programs, including applications, reviews, communications, and reporting.
• Prepare outreach materials, organize events and meetings, respond to inquiries from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leadership and board to implement strategic initiatives and track outcomes.
