Job summary

Larimer County Department of Health and Environment is seeking a Grant Project Specialist for the Office of Emergency Management to support the implementation and administration of multiple grant‑funded projects. This role requires a proactive, organized, detail‑oriented professional who can manage their own schedule.

You will collaborate with internal and external partners, coordinate meetings, prepare reimbursement packages, maintain grant documentation, and monitor timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in specified fields; equivalency allowed.
• Three years of grant administration/coordination experience.
• Reliable transportation to multiple locations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to support grant project execution.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, activities, and follow-up.
• Prepare financial reimbursement packages and progress reports.
• Maintain accurate grant and project documentation.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and budgets to meet requirements.
• Develop materials to communicate project activities and status.
• Assist with other grant coordination and admin needs.
