Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong writing and analytical skills.
• Experience managing/administering FEMA grant programs (Public Assistance, HMA, BRIC, FMA).
• Proficiency with FEMA Grants Portal and FEMA GO programs.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Administer grants with data and financial tracking and documentation review.
• Develop plans and procedures to implement grant programs locally.
• Author reports, memos, and other deliverables.
• Deliver training content and facilitate exercises at client locations.
• Coordinate travel and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
