Job summary

AV is seeking a Project Control professional to join our team in Maryland. You will review complex contract terms (e.g., T&M, FFP, CPFF), ensure compliance, and maintain cost baselines, schedules, and earned value management across multiple programs.

You will forecast staffing, monitor program revenue, and prepare IPMRs and management reports for internal and external stakeholders. U.S. citizenship and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of project control experience, or a Master’s with 3+ years.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, Cobra, and Unanet.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in a team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• US Citizen with current Secret security clearance.
• Ability to interface with all levels of internal and external customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand contract terms across T&M, FFP, FFP LOE, CPFF, and CPIF and ensure compliance.
• Ensure quality of product and services, manage costs, timeliness, and business relations across awards.
• Forecast manpower and non-labor needs and assist in resource planning.
• Monitor program revenue and contract value; update projections.
• Develop standard and ad hoc reports for timely management decision-making.
• Produce IPMRs and status reports for customers and program management.
• Track subcontract costs, schedules, and material receipts.
