Job summary

Plexus is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with leadership and HR Business Partners to anticipate and meet evolving talent needs, source, interview, assess, and onboard top performers. You will own the full cycle recruitment and build a network of passive candidates.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of related experience; strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Partners and Hiring Leaders to determine hiring and business needs, qualifications and selection criteria.
• Source, screen phone interviews, assess candidates, and support top talent through their first day.
• Provide counsel to managers on candidate suitability and contribute to improving retention through best practices.
• Develop knowledge of the company, its culture, benefits, products, and services to effectively promote opportunities.
• Own full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
