Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Neenah, WI is seeking an Intern Recruiting Coordinator to manage the full cycle for campus interns.

You will build a network of passive candidates, assist with onboarding, and partner with university teams to strengthen Plexus’ brand on campus. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least one year of related experience, strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and familiarity with HRMS, ATS, and office software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Partners and Hiring Leaders to determine hiring and business needs and criteria for campus recruitment and internship programs.
• Collaborate with Brand Experience to brand Plexus appropriately to the campus audience.
• Coordinate, lead and participate in on-campus recruitment and onboarding of interns for domestic sites.
• Advise managers on candidate suitability and retention, and support training of hiring managers and event reps.
• Develop knowledge of Plexus and its culture, benefits, products and services to effectively promote opportunities.
