Job summary

Camp For All is seeking a Development Coordinator to support the Assistant Director of Development & Special Events. You will help plan three major fundraising events (Houston gala, Greater Camp Area Gala, peer-to-peer campaign) and manage two auctions with volunteer teams.

You will also serve as the primary liaison for Emerging Leaders, coordinating activities and engagement while supporting donor relations and event logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years’ not-for-profit experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency with CRM/auction software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy and execution of Camp For All special events.
• Assist with internal staff and board events as needed.
• Solicit and manage live and silent auction donations.
• Maintain event websites (OneCause/Bloomerang).
• Recruit volunteers with Volunteer Supervisor support.
• Coordinate event correspondence and meeting notes.
• Track donors in CRM and provide donor relations support.
• Serve as liaison for Emerging Leaders group and board.
• Occasional nights/weekends may be required.
