Job summary

BridgeYear, based in Houston, seeks a Development Coordinator to support systems, logistics, and administrative processes for fundraising and donor engagement. You will maintain development data in Salesforce, track deadlines, and coordinate volunteer opportunities, events, and donor stewardship with the CGAO, DIG, and DCE to boost revenue generation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in development, nonprofit administration, events, or data management.
• Experience entering, maintaining, or reviewing CRM data; Salesforce preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with donors, volunteers, and partners.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and collaborative documents.
• Discretion handling confidential donor information and records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate donor, prospect, grant, and reporting records in Salesforce.
• Track deadlines, grants, and reporting milestones for institutional giving.
• Coordinate volunteer registrations and logistics for BridgeYear programs and events.
• Support donor stewardship activities before and after events.
• Assist with event materials, invitations, and run-of-show documents.
• Provide cross-team operational support for development leadership.
