Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas, Inc. is seeking a Special Events Associate to support the Development department in planning and executing fundraising events in Dallas, Austin, or Houston.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in development, fundraising, or event planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and donor databases.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and program support to the Director of Special Events and Donor Experience and the events team.
• Assists in the preparation and production of fundraising events affiliate-wide.
• Oversees and supports event registration and guest tracking, including online platforms, response coordination, attendance tracking, guest lists, seating charts, VIP lists, and reporting.
• Performs data entry and maintains accurate event data in donor management systems.
• Prepares and edits event communications, invitations, save-the-dates, and post-event follow ups.
• Creates day-of-event materials such as presentations, signage, and programs.
• Coordinates volunteers and event logistics with the Public Affairs Team.
• Supports on-site event execution, setup, registration management, and post-event wrap-up.
• Manages event packets and related correspondence for leadership.
• Creates and updates event websites and registration sites, and handles online donation forms.
