Job summary

Rural Power Systems in Woodland, CA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, and customer support roles. You’ll partner with hiring managers to define requirements, build creative sourcing strategies, and guide candidates through the hiring process from outreach to offer signing.

You’ll be the first real introduction to RPS for many candidates, shaping the experience with a human, mission-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and non-technical roles.
• Ability to define requirements and build sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and support roles from intake to offer.
• Partner with managers to define requirements and sourcing strategy.
• Source active and passive candidates via job boards, referrals, and networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience end-to-end.
• Build a pipeline for recurring or hard-to-fill roles.
• Extend offers and assist with negotiations with People team.
• Track and improve recruiting metrics and process efficiency.
