Job summary

Dallas ISD is seeking a Specialist, Fulfillment to ensure accurate order processing and timely shipment of products. The role involves receiving and organizing inventory, pulling devices for deployment, and assisting with loading/unloading delivery vehicles.

Responsibilities include maintaining warehouse organization, supporting efficient workflows, and assisting with asset recovery processing and device deliveries as needed. High school diploma and 1 year related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related warehouse/logistics/delivery experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate order processing, inventory control, and timely shipment of products.
• Receive, unload, and organize incoming equipment and inventory.
• Pull and stage devices and equipment for delivery based on deployment schedules.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Organize and maintain storage areas and the warehouse floor.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and meet fulfillment targets.
• Assist with inventory audits and reconciliation activities.
• Assist with returned devices and transport to asset recovery processing areas.
• Assist with device deliveries as needed.
