Job summary

Ariel Clinical Services in the Denver area seeks a Foster Care Case Manager to coordinate services for foster children and families, ensuring safe, supportive placements and community integration.

You will work Monday–Friday, 8:30–4:30, with some on-call after 90 days; a Bachelor's in social or behavioral sciences or an equivalent pathway is required. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social or behavioral sciences or equivalent.
• Non-social/behavior science degree plus 2 years supervised experience per MSW-mentored pathway.
• Applicant should have valid driver's license and transportation where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Establish, build, and maintain rapport with children in care, foster homes, kin, and team.
• Monitor and ensure safety of foster children.
• Conduct in-depth interviews with foster parents to ensure appropriate services.
• Obtain necessary information about prospective placements from agencies/individuals.
• Develop and maintain clinical records per agency standards and regulations.
• Coordinate services across medical, mental health, academic, and other appointments.
