Buckner Children and Family Services seeks a DFCA Case Manager to coordinate and provide services for foster children and families. The role includes case management, home visits, documentation compliance, and collaboration with schools and agencies.

The position supports crisis intervention and requires interaction with diverse populations. The role can operate in a hybrid setting with required in-person office attendance as needed, including domestic and international travel for program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required to perform essential job functions.
• Experience in child placing agency, residential child-care operation, or foster care development preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred to support communication with Spanish-speaking clients.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and provide services for foster children, foster families, and foster adoptive families.
• Provide ongoing case management and support to clients.
• Complete documentation for case files in a timely manner per licensing requirements.
• Conduct home studies and participate in permanency planning and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with agencies and coordinate school services for children's education.
