Job summary

BD is seeking an Applications Scientist I to support development of flow cytometry assays, working with senior scientists and lab staff. You will generate and review data, troubleshoot assays, and prepare controlled documents, engaging with key customer accounts.

You'll develop customer panels, review experiments, and produce documentation under GDP, ISO13485 and GMP standards, while ensuring timely production support and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Immunology or Biology.
• Experience with multi-color flow cytometry.
• Experience with antibody conjugate panels and data analysis.
• Knowledge of GMP or ISO13485 standards.
• Previous work in a regulated laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer-designed panels and troubleshoot conjugates.
• Perform and review experiments and data for GDP compliant reporting.
• Create controlled documents and SOPs meeting ISO13485 and GMP.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA and Instrumentation to ensure customer satisfaction.
