Job summary

Qualifications

• Current or Registered USF student in good academic standing.
• Federal Work-Study (FWS) eligible.
• Must have attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Spanish speaking (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Answer student/family phone inquiries, and provide excellent customer service and information.
• Respond to student/family email inquiries, and provide excellent customer service and information.
• Process in-coming mail.
• Assist with completing FAFSA applications.
• Assist walk-in students with questions and provide excellent customer service and information.
• Maintain filing system.
• Work reports as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
