Job summary

Thrivent Financial is recruiting a Financial Advisor in Geneva, IL to build a Christian-focused practice and provide actionable financial guidance across investments, insurance and banking. You will develop relationships, deliver workshops and market your practice while gaining licensing through Thrivent’s onboarding program.

The role includes a training path with state licenses and FINRA registrations, plus ongoing support from specialists to help you grow a successful advisory business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity and generosity.
• Provide personal, actionable, achievable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships across generations based on trust and understanding.
