Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s with 3+ years of customer service/leadership experience or a Bachelor’s with 5+ years.
• Experience in public or private third-party access arena or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Strong presentation, written and oral communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage defined accounts within a geographic region for patient access and reimbursement.
• Educate healthcare providers on payer coverage, formulary decisions and reimbursement processes.
• Coordinate with HUB and other partners to resolve reimbursement issues and prior authorizations.
