Job summary

ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to support patient access across the New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts regions. The role emphasizes reimbursement, prior authorization, financial assistance, and coordinating with case management and specialty pharmacies in a remote setup.

The FRM will educate providers on insurance requirements, partner with hub teams, and navigate access challenges, while aligning with compliance and sales as needed.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or applicable certifications.
• 3–4 years of experience with specialty medications.
• Experience with pharmacy and medical benefits in a specialty disease market.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% with some evening/weekend commitments.

Responsibilities

• Reports to a director on the field reimbursement team for development and mentoring.
• Educates health care providers on insurance requirements for prescriptions.
• Collaborates with Hub case managers and in-network Specialty Pharmacies on prior authorizations.
• Coordinates with Nurse Access Specialist colleagues on patient services.
• Facilitates patient assistance such as copay and free goods where applicable.
• Partners with managed care colleagues to understand policies and trends.
• Collaborates with sales colleagues as directed by Compliance policies.
• Works with Hub partners and cross-functional teams to address access issues.
