Candidates should have proven senior living leadership, a current Delaware Assistant Living Administrators License, and strong communication and budgeting skills to drive strategic initiatives and outcomes.

• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintain accountability for all departments and outcomes.
• Lead and support department heads; delegate responsibilities and ensure competence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor budgets and staffing plans.
• Respond quickly to inquiries and resident/family concerns.
• Foster a resident-first culture focused on dignity, wellness, and community.
• Represent the community professionally in internal and external relationships.
• Promote staff development and morale through coaching and communication.
• Participate in strategic initiatives and community engagement.
