Samost Jewish Family and Children’s Service of Southern New Jersey is seeking an Events & Fundraising Coordinator to support the Federation’s events strategy and development operations. You will assist with event planning, logistics, donor stewardship, and gift processing while coordinating with multiple departments and agencies within JFSNJ.

Qualifications

• Event / Hospitality coordination experience.
• Customer service oriented with strong communication.
• Logistics / planning background for multiple events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating programs and events with logistics.
• Manage registrations, contracts, and records for events.
• Support donor stewardship, gift processing, and reporting.
• Coordinate budget tracking and expenses for events.
• Collaborate with Development on fundraising initiatives.
• Handle on‑site logistics, vendor coordination, and attendee support.
• Prepare donor and event reports to guide decisions.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality of donor info.
• Provide cross‑training coverage for related roles.
