• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating events and programs.
• Manage registrations, contracts, and records for events.
• Provide on-site attendee support and information.
• Track budgets and process invoices; reconcile expenses.
• Coordinate permits and licensing for events.
• Collaborate with Development on donor and sponsor engagement.
• Support fundraising operations including gift processing and reporting.
• Prepare donor and event reports to support decision-making.
