Job summary

JFCS of Southern New Jersey seeks an Events & Fundraising Coordinator to support events, programs, and development operations. The role covers fundraisers, educational programs, and community engagement, with responsibilities ranging from planning to on-site execution.

You will assist with venue bookings, vendor management, registration, budgeting, gift processing, donor stewardship, and reporting. Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple events simultaneously are

Qualifications

• Experience in event and hospitality coordination.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Solid background in logistics and event planning.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating programs and events.
• Manage venue bookings, vendor arrangements, and day-of logistics.
• Handle registration lists, contracts, and event records.
• Support donor stewardship, gift processing, and reporting.
• Track budgets and processing invoices.
• Coordinate sponsor engagement and recognition activities.
• Prepare donor and event reports for leadership.
