Brooke Charter Schools is seeking a Multilingual Learner Coordinator to organize ESL services and provide targeted instruction to small groups. You will develop measurable English proficiency goals and monitor student success, while coordinating mandated assessments and redesignation processes.

You will work to ensure DESE compliance, track ML records, and collaborate with teachers to share best practices for high-quality sheltered content instruction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and MA ESL teaching license.
• At least 2 years as a lead teacher.
• Commitment to fostering diversity and anti-racist practices.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate ESL services and provide direct instruction to small groups.
• Develop English language proficiency goals and track progress.
• Assist coordinating and administering state mandated and ML identification assessments.
• Coordinate redesignation assessments and monitor Exiting Multilingual Learner (EML) students.
• Maintain ML records in compliance with DESE regulations and collaborate with teachers.
