Reindeer is building an early-stage Solutions Engineering team to own the enterprise customer journey after sale. You will deploy and integrate AI-driven workflows, drive adoption, and scale delivery with close collaboration with founders, Product, and R&D.

The role emphasizes hands-on building, deployment, security, and stakeholder alignment to deliver measurable enterprise impact through AI-powered processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Implementation Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Professional Services or similar post-sale role.
• Strong analytical skills translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Good understanding of enterprise AI concepts and workflows.
• Experience managing delivery across the full post-sale lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and process analysis to translate workflows into AI-powered solutions.
• Configure and integrate AI components into tailored enterprise workflows.
• Own end-to-end deployment, performance validation, and value realization.
• Guide integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, finance, email) ensuring security and rollout success.
