Qualifications

• Completion of 30 semester credits or equivalent education/experience.
• Four-year high school diploma or equivalent required; substitution rules apply.
• Experience in reviewing case actions and interacting with social services data.

Responsibilities

• Review matches and referral information via Welfare Management System (WMS).
• Prepare eligibility forms, verify accuracy and review authorizations to initiate actions.
• Compute cash assistance, SNAP, and medical assistance by verifying match material.
• Initiate recoupment for overpayments in SNAP and Cash Assistance.
• Complete daily work reports and participate in trainings and meetings.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Unit Supervisor.
