Qualifications

NJ State Certification as Elementary Teacher (K-6).
NJ State Certification as Special Education Teacher (Students with Disabilities).
Experience with IEPs and district curriculum.

Responsibilities

Attend and participate in IEP meetings and implement IEPs.
Develop and administer school elementary curriculum aligned with district goals.
Track student progress and prepare reports and goals for IEPs.
Create engaging lesson plans and materials for individualized instruction.
Communicate with parents and administration about student progress.
Maintain accurate records of grades, attendance and assessments.
Collaborate with child study team and grade-level colleagues.
