Job summary

Montgomery Township School District is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to serve as a leave replacement in an elementary Multiple Disabilities (MD) classroom. The role involves providing specialized instruction to students with diverse needs while fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment.

The candidate should hold Teacher of Handicapped/Students with Disabilities and Elementary K-6 certifications, and demonstrate exemplary technology skills and collaborative abilities

Qualifications

• Certification as Teacher of Handicapped or Students with Disabilities and elementary K-6 certification required.
• Proficient use of educational technology and instructional tools.
• Ability to collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction to students with diverse learning, communication, behavioral, and developmental needs in an elementary MD classroom.
• Serve as a leave replacement from 11/10/2026 to 06/30/2027.
