Job summary

Viant Medical Inc. in Laconia seeks an Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability Coordinator to support facility-wide EHSS programs and ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.

The role focuses on incident reporting, program development, KPI tracking, and collaboration with site leadership to reduce risk and improve safety in manufacturing operations. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiating skills.
• Ability to work within a team to develop EHSS programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulations (EPA/OSHA).
• Experience in manufacturing maintenance environments.
• 2+ years in Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability roles.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements (QMS, EHSS, policies).
• Assist in EHSS program development at the site.
• Manage incident reports and investigations; report results to leadership.
• Update EHSS procedures, training, and certification programs.
• Develop strategies to reduce risk and improve safety across operations.
• Lead EHSS training in line with regulations and Viant policies.
