About Play, LLC seeks an Early Interventionist to support Beaufort, Colleton, and Jasper counties in South Carolina. The role delivers family-centered early intervention for infants and toddlers with delays or disabilities in homes, daycare, or natural environments.
Must reside in South Carolina for consideration. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1 year of experience with children birth to six are required; 5 years in related work with infants/t toddlers qualifies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1 year of experience with children birth to six.
- Alternative: 5 years of documented experience with infants/toddlers or birth-5 with disabilities with a degree in any field.
- Must reside in South Carolina and be willing for on-the-job training.
Responsibilities
- Provide family-centered early intervention services to families with infants and toddlers with delays or disabilities.
- Perform family training with the caregiver and child in home, daycare, or natural settings.
- Provide training and support to families in child development, parenting, and family functioning.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote child development.
- Monitor progress of the child and family.
