ALLIANCE FOR INFANTS AND TODDLERS, INC. is seeking a Service Coordinator to provide Early Intervention service coordination across Allegheny County.

You will work with families of children from birth to three, explain services, coordinate screenings, and connect families with community resources. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or an Associate with experience) and a valid PA driver’s license, plus clearances.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of children with developmental delays and eligibility for EI.
• Ability to administer and interpret assessments for families.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documents.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Explain EI services to families in Allegheny County.
• Coordinate screenings and assessments.
• Identify community resources to benefit child and family.
• Coordinate with medical providers.
• Monitor needs via family interviews and tools.
• Provide parent education and support.
• Develop and review the Service Coordination Plan and IFSP.
• Monitor service delivery and communicate with providers.
• Explain parents' rights and safeguards.
• Initiate transition plan to preschool services.
• Attend team and staff meetings and trainings.
• Maintain productivity and complete documentation on time.
