Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Explain Early Intervention Services to families and coordinate screenings and assessments.
• Identify and coordinate community resources and services for children and families.
• Coordinate with medical and health providers.
• Monitor child and family needs using assessments and interviews.
• Provide parent education and support.
• Develop and review Service Coordination and IFSP plans.
• Ensure documentation and agency timelines are met.
