This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a passion for early childhood intervention. Compensation ranges from $43,000 to $46,000 depending on experience, with benefits including medical, dental, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field.
• One year of related experience or three years with an associate degree.
• Acts 33, 34 & FBI clearances.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Early Intervention services for eligible families.
• Provide educational support and resources to parents.
• Monitor the effectiveness of service plans.

Skills

Knowledge of child development

Understanding of developmental delays

Effective communication

Familiarity with Early Intervention laws

Ability to manage caseload information

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant field
