Job summary

Osseo Area Schools - District 279 is seeking an Early Intervention Administrative Professional to support the ECSE program, primarily 0-3, with clerical duties and student records management.

The role emphasizes organization of office functions, data entry, and ensuring accurate cum file records for ~225 students and 25 staff; on-site work with a stretch calendar and scheduling considerations.

Qualifications

• Extensive secretarial/clerical and computer skills including Google Docs and Excel.
• Experience developing and maintaining record systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow district policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide secretarial/clerical support, data entry, filing, and answering phones.
• Greet visitors and provide community resource information.
• Maintain student records and attendance; enroll/withdraw students; upload due process into Synergy.
• Maintain budget records, track expenditures, and monitor supplies inventory.
• Other duties as assigned by the program supervisor.
