Job summary

Kindly Direct Care in New Jersey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with developmental disabilities. Positions available include full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts with pay ranging from $17 to $24 per hour.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, community involvement, and helping individuals live fulfilling lives within a family-like environment. Paid training is provided and flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license - No provisional licenses.
• Prior experience in this field is preferred, but we offer paid training.
