Stepping Out in Hastings, MN is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist residents with Prader-Willi Syndrome in group homes. You will perform personal cares, help residents maintain independence, prepare meals, and support fitness and social activities.

Weekend shifts are available with various schedules. Flexible part-time and full-time weekend roles offer health/dental/vision benefits after 60 days, 401(k) eligibility after 90 days, and a $1.00 weekend shift differential on top of the

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to provide personal cares (dressing, bathing/showering, toileting).
• Valid US driver’s license.
• Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide care giver services to residents, including personal cares when appropriate and necessary.
• Teach and maintain independent living skills.
• Meal preparation for residents.
• Support residents with hobbies, physical fitness, and social activities.
• Participate with residents in run club activities.
• Medication administration.
