Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking experienced Direct Support Professionals to work directly with children, teens, and young adults ages 3-21 with developmental, social, and emotional needs, in their homes and community.

Immediate openings are available in our HBTS, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and PASS programs. Part-time positions (6-20 hours) include after school, evening, and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Bi-lingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with an Associate’s Degree in Human Services preferred.
• Ability to pass clearances (DCYF, BCI, Driving Record) and have valid car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with individuals aged 3–21 with developmental, social, and emotional needs in homes and the community.
• Implement behavior plans and programs developed by the clinical supervisor.
• Teach, role-model, implement treatment interventions and strategies.
• Collect daily data and maintain professional relationships with clients, families, and clinical team.
