Job summary

Alay Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Caregivers to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities across New Jersey.

This in-person role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with hourly pay from $21.40 to $30.00. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, sick leave, and training via the College of Direct Support.

Qualifications

• Must have CPR and First Aid certification.
• Background checks and DDD clearances required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be needed.
• Experience in behavioral health/caregiving/direct support strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Community integration and companionship for clients.
• Behavioral support and mentorship for individuals with DDD.
• Medication administration as required.
• Transport to community activities and appointments.
