Job summary

Alay Home Care in New Jersey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Starting pay is $21.40 per hour. Candidates should have a high school diploma, CPR/First Aid, a valid driver’s license, and be prepared to work in person. Training includes the College of Direct Support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Community integration and companionship.
• Behavioral support and mentorship.
• Medication administration.
• Transportation to community activities.
