Job summary

Alay Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Caregivers to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities (DDD) throughout New Jersey.

Pay ranges from $21.40 to $30.00 per hour with both full-time and part-time opportunities. Work location is in-person in New Jersey, with benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, PTO and sick leave, and training via the College of Direct Support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or higher)
• At least 18 years of age
• CPR & First Aid certification from an approved provider
• Ability to pass background checks and DDD clearances
• Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Community integration and companionship
• Behavioral support and mentorship
• Medication administration
• Transportation to community activities
