Job summary

Alay Home Care in New Jersey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Caregivers to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities (DDD) throughout New Jersey.

The in-person roles include full-time and part-time positions with competitive hourly pay, comprehensive benefits, and training through the College of Direct Support to help you grow in this field.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or higher)
• At Least 18 Years of Age
• CPR & First Aid Certification (from an approved provider)
• Ability to Pass Background Checks and Required DDD Clearances
• Valid Driver’s License, Reliable Transportation, and Acceptable Driving Record
• Experience in Behavioral Health, Caregiving, or Direct Support is Strongly Preferred
